I use this with my netbook. It travels well, with the only quibble being that its grip onto its little USB dongle base is a bit weak. If you bump it, the mouse can fall off. But except for that, it works just great. Fits in a small place; you can use it right on the surface next to the netbook keyboard, or just about any place else. Highly recommended!


Swiftpoint SM300 Review by Hans

Otherwise I liked it. Small size makes it great for traveling and for use in small spaces such as on an airplane or the arm of the couch. Took some getting used to but became natural after a couple of hours. I am ordering a replacement.

Update 10/3/11. Spending the night in a bag of rice brought the little mouse back to life. Work's like new. Pretty sturdy little device.

As for use, read the instructions carefully as the difference between resetting the up direction and activating the SmartTouch was not immediately apparent to me. Activating "Enhance pointer precision" in the windows mouse properties seems to improve the performance. I haven't used the Swiftpoint for games that require a precise mouse but, for general work, it has worked well on a variety of surfaces.

I don't recommend relying on the parking accessory while moving your laptop (see the review title) but it has worked well for general use.

I've been using this mouse for about 3 months now. Two of which have been while working on graphic design from trains planes and hotels while I'm traveling. This mouse has been an indispensable piece of my kit. I don't know what I would have done without it.

The first one I got in the mail had a tracking wheel problem. The company sent me a replacement the next day. Great customer service.

It's a little tricky for the first 2-3 days getting used to the feel. But once you've got it, it feels a bit like holding a pen.

The resolution could be a touch finer, for my artistic uses, but overall this is the best mouse I've ever owned.

I bought these phones for form and function. The features immediately attracted me, to this well-developed communication device. One plus/minus, depending on how you look at it, is that the keypad doesn't light up. I bought it for this reason. I must admit, that during movie night movie, when you need to answer the phone, its a struggle to find the answer key. The only other flaw is the phone book. It is almost impossible to to get a number to stay. I put in 5, but it only displayed 4 available, but I could only scroll to 2. YEAH. Weird, I know. Besides, the phone book issue, the phone work nicely and and has a nice slim profile. These phones are a really great buy.

This is a great phone system. Only drawback is that the phonebook is not shared between all the handsets and the numbers are not lit up. Other than that, this is a great phone. It set up in under 2 minutes. I don't know why they build these things with answering machines in them. Who uses those anymore?? Buy this phone. Its great. I've tried Phillips and Panasonic and had numerous problems with them. This system is rock solid.

Our old cordless phone was failing and I have been wanting one of these newer phones with multiple handsets for quite some time. My husband and I shopped around and purchased this one based on price and the number of handsets. We have had Motorola phones in the past and felt confident in the brand. Well I love this new phone and am pleased with the purchase. The handsets are small and light, and the sound quality is good. I'm no expert, but honestly they work for me and that's all I care about. I love the small size of the main unit/answering machine. We have it on our desk in the kitchen, which is the hub of our lives. It doesn't take up a lot of space next to our computer and the the digital display is large and bright. Messages are easy to play and erase. The best part of this phone, for us, is the multiple handsets. I just love having them. We have one handset next to our tv in the family room, one in our basement rec-room and the third additional handset is on my bedside table. I like having a cordless phone on every level and I can pick up anywhere I happen to be, but I'm not tethered to a certain spot as I was with a corded phone. I can roam and then put the handset back whenever I feel like it. Very, very happy.

I bought this mp3 play and so far, it seems like a reasonably good product. The isntructions are terrible, and it has take a while to figure out how to get the menus to work, but I know have that done. Here is my question: Eveery website where I have ever seen this product says it supports video, but i cannot seem to get video (movies, TV shows) on the player. The (again, terrible) instructions talk about an AVI converter, but I do nto see how you get that or how it works. Any help?

My 9 yr. old niece loves it. It's with her wherever she goes and loves taking pictures. As far as downloading pictures and the quality I don't think they have done that yet, but price wise worth every penny. Her mom teases her about taking it because the one she has does not have an FM tuner and this one does. It was also purchased to plug into a lighted makeup case that had mp3 speakers. That would have made it even better if the lighted makeup case had worked. That item was not an Amazon purchase.

This calculator was purchased for math classes that required it or a few other possible selections. We selected this one because of the choices given it has the best display and neatest layout. It really is a great non-graphing calculator that is almost fun to use. The anti-skid pads on the bottom of both the calculator and plastic sleeve are a nice touch. The unit is easy to learn without reading the manual and the buttons are just the right size. There are many advanced features that will be helpful for more advanced courses. The major problem, however, is despite handling the calculator with kid gloves it has become very scratched up in only a week of use. I've never seen a device get this scratched up so quickly and my best guess is the only way it can be getting scratched is by placing it in the included protective cover. I can see that it will not be long before it will need to be replaced simply because it will be too scratched up to use. Fortunately its an inexpensive device but that's not a good excuse for that oversight. One additional problem is a shadow is cast on the top and left portion of the display when the calculator is laying flat in pretty much any direction the light source is coming from. You almost always have to tilt the calculator to see the entire display without a shadow. If this calculator were more scratch-proof and perhaps had some back lighting it would be nearly perfect even at a higher price perhaps of up to $15-$20 more.
